Return and Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION

At Shahi Baagh, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in the original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods such as tea, unless they are defective or damaged.

REFUNDS

Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shahibaaghtea@gmail.com
Replaced item will be delivered with in 7 days

SHIPPING

Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
